CITRECK’s producers are passionate about a very particular Australian lemon called Finger Lime otherwise known as lemon caviar.
The lemon caviar’s harvest commences from autumn 2018. This precious and subtle produce is harvested in timely manner and with great care.
Since the launch of our Finger Lime production, our main objective is :
“To produce first choice lemons while respecting the environment”.
Picking, sorting, packaging and delivery are processed with diligence to achieve a high standard of quality.
